We had a party. The host illuminated the candles before the birthday girl was even at the table and began to sing without anyone knowing the plan so that we hurried into the song and not even got a chance to prepare first. Then they tried to cut the cake without us being ready. We had to tell them that they just left the stuff and worried us that everything was so eager. I understand being busy, but people pay for an experience and they made it very icy and aggressive. It would have been better if they just didn't help and provide the stuff. We don't come often, but my son loves it here. Def get the time instead of points. Points run out fast. Get the app and pay for time at the register. Scan your receipt to earn points to unlock free stuff and deals on the app. Some machines don't work from time to home, but there's plenty to play on. It's clean and empty enough on the right days to enjoy without being swarmed by families. They have a salad bar and you can buy treats and hot food. They have a gluten free pizza, but that tasted like garbage, tbh. Worth it to come here for our son to have a happy time.
My child I had a cool time at this location. It's newly renovated with new fun. The food is tasty the front desk n door employees are nice n , it's big and spacious clean no weird smells dirty games or bad attitudes like others ! It's worth the drive Just went yesterday n will be bk this weekend my child had a blast .Plus it's a grocery outlet a target n other places close by so kids have fun n u can still run much needed errands if needed or shopping..,If needed or wanted .. It?s good only for weekdays NOT weekends. During weekdays is very good and kids can play easy. Everywhere is clean. Kids love to be here. Kids can play sport like basketball or computer game . That?s very good place for birthday party. Kids also could get points when they play and then they can get some toys with their points.
My son wanted to go to Chuck E Cheese all month of October. Because of the Halloween advertising fun. I took him on Halloween. I have to admit that this place had a make-over. New games new decor. Very nice. Still cheap. My child had fun and that was much safer than going out of trick or treatment.
For my free veterans day pizza. Gal in the checkout didn't even know they were running the promotion. Waited a long time for quite lousy pizza. Families with small children seemed to enjoy everything.
