The experience with a school group during the day was very enjoyable, with attentive and helpful staff taking care of us. The noise level was a bit high near the stage in the dining area, and it would have been nice to have the option to lower it while the children were playing outside. The pizza was decent, although perhaps not worth the $12 price tag for a personal pizza. It was hot and tasted good, so overall, it was a satisfactory meal. I may not specifically choose to come back to this restaurant, but it was a good fit for the children and they had a fun time.
I am so happy that this restaurant is still around! When I was younger, my cousins, siblings, and I would often celebrate our birthdays here. It had been a few years since I last visited, as I no longer live nearby. This Mother's Day, I had the opportunity to bring my daughter and nephew for their first visit. What a blast from the past! The addition of new games allowed me and my neighbors to play with the kids and help them earn points. It was a really fun experience. Thank you so much!
I haven't visited a Chuck E. Cheese since my childhood, but it was just as enjoyable as I remembered! The restaurant was clean, the mascot Chuck E. was not at all creepy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, especially the well-stocked salad bar. My young boys, ages 2 and almost 4, had a great time. I will definitely be bringing them back again in the future.
Had my daughter’s 7th birthday party here today and can not say how impressed I am with the young man that helped us out all day! I feel bad that I never caught his name but he was so great with helping us out, getting us what we needed, and letting us know what was happening and when. Very nostalgic but with less hassle when ot comes to having tokens with you. No physical tickets, so that's good for the environment. But you can't pull extra tickets out of the machine like I use to as a kid. Can't pass that knowledge down to my kids. Also, the Jay's store next door makes it a great place for kids and adults to also talk about the past.
The lines were crazy. The price for filling a card is good but our card didn't work good. Trying to get a game to start was a pain. Employees were friendly. There were games that didn't work. The photo booth was out of order, which is sad cause that's one thing we have always loved to do.
My children enjoy coming to this restaurant. I do miss the arcade games they used to have, but I understand that the new menu system is more convenient. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
We enjoyed having the place to ourselves for a bit late in the afternoon! The games aren't just for young kids. The photo booths are super fun too. Something for everyone. We only did games no food but pizza smelled fantastic Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
the children really had a great time. the only reason I give 4 stars is because it was almost unbearable hot. idk when the a.c was broken or what, but definitiw had a good time.
