We threw a last minute and very laid back birthday party for my 5 year old today. It was our family of 6 and two of my daughters friends and we had a blast. We were greeted when we walked in and the same guy helped us pick a package- very helpful bc we didn't know what we wanted. It was great- right amount of pizza and drinks and it came with a large cookie. She even got free ice cream for her bday! I was even surprised at how many points we accumulated at the end and my kids got to pick out really nice prizes. Everyone was super friendly and the place was super clean. We will definitely be back for my other daughters birthday!
I was there for dinner earlier today, and honestly, I have 0 problems with it. This place was so clean I could not believe it. All the games are super fun! Even for adults. I have not been to a Chuck E. Cheese since 2020. I used to go to the Vernon hills Il location, Which was my local. It closed leaving my town without a Chuck E. Cheese. So I went to this one. It was amazing. I totally recommend! I could not be more satisfied with my visit. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent entertainment.
Terrible experience here there was a birthday so we waited for Chucky to sing his songs with the party and went up to take pictures and he ran in a room so we couldn’t take the picture and my nephew started crying.I asked the worker if we could take a picture and they said no he’ll be back in an hour we have been here for 3 and are about to leave he was very rude and it was just very upsetting we waited for chucky for the come out for 3 hours we will not be returning!
We have birthday party today , the host girl did amazing job , her name DOMINIQUE, she know what she do , and have answer for any question, real professional. We feel like:next time if we decide to go celebrate something, we just going to go this place and make sure Dominique is hosting us!

Samantha at front desk was very professional and helpful when my little ones were trying to decide on a prize. Chuck E cheese made their day by coming out and dancing with them!!! Thanks for being amazing Samantha! Thank you a million times over.
I understand that this place is designed for children to have fun, but when it comes time to order a large pizza, the appetizers leave much to be desired. Three wings, a handful of frozen fries, and a piece of bread just aren't worth $60.
Bad customer service. These guys charged me wrong and when I went to customer service, the manager (the big white guy) treated me wrong way. Will never go to this location again
Limited rides for the little ones. Salad bar are boring and don’t have nice choices of greens,fruits, macaroni salad itself are missing in action. Pizza’s are overpriced

It’s a great place and Carmen hosted it pretty well. My kids enjoyed celebrating birthday party at Chuck E Cheese.
