place is beautiful. great for children birthday parties. pepperoni pizza is great. it's also nice that you can grab an ice-cream. when they bring their children into the card counter, they will check how many tickets they first as one of the participants who works there, 3 different families told the wrong amounts for objects they redeemed. of the three. 1. was sorted 100, 2. was 200 and 3. was shortened 1700. all three had to make one move on, otherwise it would not have been corrected. when calling for management, they said that this is a known problem due to a condition. what I don't understand is why they'd get this person there. knowing to shorten people from what is too guilty to them....

chuck e cheese is always a mediocre experience (we all know that). but this place is smaller and worse than usual. the withdrawal is the personal that was super nice and helpful.

Bad customer service. These guys charged me wrong and when I went to customer service, the manager (the big white guy) treated me wrong way. Will never go to this location again

we visited a birthday party today and it was very well executed. our party host, jackie, was phenomenal! the party terminal was nicely executed and this place was very clean!
