I took my 6-year-old son to this place on August 8, 2022, at 10 AM, and had a disappointing experience. First, there was no air conditioning on a hot 90-degree day. Many of the games were out of order, which was frustrating. There was a long line for tickets, and I couldn't find a single employee to help. No one was at the entrance to check who I was bringing in with me, which meant I could have brought in any child without anyone noticing. Overall, for $30 an hour, it wasn't worth it at all.
If you order food for pick up or in person, make sure to order the day before because you wont get your order until then. They doNot get the pick up orders ready at all and then they make you wait 45+ minutes for a personal pizza or small order of wings. When the pick up order clearly states 15mins MAX. Absolutely ridiculous, but what do you expect from a ghetto chucke cheese in the bx? Never ordering again, definitely contacting corporate about this location.
This is one of the worst establishments I’ve ever stepped foot in. The food was just one of the many issues. I found a king pice of red hair in my pizza pie and I complained to one of the employees and I got the nastiest attitude from her. Next thing you know I enter the bathroom and there is toilet paper everywhere, urine in the toilets the floors have dirty footprints. It was totally disgusting. I would never return again!!!!
I took my 6yr son after business opened at 10am on 08/08/22 #1 no air conditioner on a 90 degree day. Half of the games aren't working. Customers on line waiting to purchase tickets and not 1 employee nowhere to be found. No employee at entrance/exit that I walked out with my son and no one to verify that's my child. My sisters had a great time and really enjoyed it (they are 5 and 2). However most of the games were broken and wouldn't accept the card, some would take a few tries before it started working some didn't work at all. The food was good ?The bathroom could be cleaner and have toilet paper but experience overall is okay.
Please turn the Air conditioning up in there, COVID is still alive. Food should be served with a covering due to bacteria and air borne diseases.
