The staff were friendly and patient with my young children. I do miss having physical tickets but the unlimited play option is a game changer.Kid-friendliness: This place was made for kids, and the staff are extremely friendly.
Honestly I have waited my whole life to experience this place and now that I live in Salem I hope to go but my ratings are based on my years of building up fantasy of how fun it is!
