This two-story Chuck E. Cheese is the most unique location I've been to! There was some fun games there that I've never seen before and the animatronics work great! The pizza was server hot and fresh and the cheesy bread here is delicious! Tables werealso very clean and so was the upstairs bathroom (cant say the same about the downstairs bathroom though). My problems with thisplace is that two of your games weren't working (the Nickelodeon racing game and the soccer game) and that there was some weirdstain on the stair case. We came on a wends day, there was only 2 other kids were here and we were the only ones ordering pizza, the cashier at the front had told us it would take 10 minutes mind you we are the only ones here. after 30 minutes we had asked if our pizza was ready and the cashier had went to the back and had came back and told us it’s gonna take 10 minutes because they had not put it in all the workers here are just lying around on their phones talking to each other not to mention that when we had first came in, we had waited over 10 minutes to purchase a Chuck E. Staff was not able to load time on the wristbands for the kids to play. We waited along time. The manager had to request help from the other manager? This manager came out from where the food is made all disheveled, I mean hair was messy, the woman hadto put on her shoes while exiting the area food is made? What was going on back there? I normally don't do this. But went there today early in the day for our son's birthday. Place was empty other than a nother family of 3. I had issues with kiosk for game point and bands. Took a while to find employ to help. And that was taken care of. Order the #4 I think, it was a pizza boneless wings an 2 drinks. When the food was served the pizza an wings were burned pretty bad. We booked a party at this Chuck e Cheese for my godson’s birthday and it was the best experience ever! The employees at the store were very attentive to our needs! The food came out hot and sang happy birthday very cute! They explained how the bracelets work for the duration of our party! They sang out loud to really bring the party atmosphere for the kids! This place was so bad. I took my daughter here and ordered a pizza for us Mind you I had got drinks just to go with the pizza the manager had told us it would be 10 minutes when we waited over 30 minutes and the pizza was not even in yet then I had asked for a refund and they gave me attitude and would not give me my full refund for the drinks as well. Mind you he didn’t even touch the drinks. Yes, we filled the cups up But we were waiting on our food. I am in such disgust. Will never come back here again save your money unless you like workers who are lazy and sit on their phones.
We recently held a birthday party for my 9-year-old daughter at this restaurant. The host was very attentive and took care of everything. The venue was clean and the food was delicious. I would definitely consider having another party here in the future. The kids all had a great time and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Chuck E. Cheese.
Funfilled place for whole family. Tab card access to all arcades. Multiple stories so if one level gets too crowded, move to the other one. Good seating arrangement in between games to keep an eye on your never tiring kids. Food, beverages, ice cream available for purchase.

They’ve upgraded this location fairly recently. There’s more space now dedicated to birthday parties which is helpful. The kids had a good time and enjoyed themselves. Isn’t that all that matters when coming here?
Staff are helpful and I love how they changed the ticket system to cards.
