On May 24th we went here for dinner, but ended up walking out after absolutely awful service. We waited 20+ minutes to not receive drinks that we ordered. Restaurant was 1/2 full at best, 2 waitresses were clearing a table each, and 2 more were in the back corner socializing instead of pushing orders out. The only one pulling her own weight was the bartender.It made no sense for 2 waitresses to be clearing 1 table each when there was no lineup to get in, and when there are orders to be pushed out to customers.The first table we were offered by the house host wasn’t even bussed, it wasn’t clean and there were still dishes from the previous customers. Super busy tonight! Had great service and food was good. Caesar salad app didn 't arrive before meal but it happens when it 's busy. One thing worth mentioning being super busy tonight, it would be beneficialfor Management Viv to actually do something to support his team. Saw him walking by tables that need to be bussed, without lifting a finger. Had no issues with grabbing the attention of his hostess who was working her butt off to tell her everything else that needs to be done. Viv, if you see it needs to be done, walking to the back kitchen empty handed isn 't really productive. Be a leader lend a hand and support your team!
we frequent this location quite abit but my visit today was awful and I will not be returning.. our waitress Jaini was absolutely horrible. Took 20+ mins to get napkins and she only brought us 2, was holding our drinks up to her chest while carrying them. We also watched her touching the tops of drinks and straws. The chicken parm tasted like it was from a microwave dinner. Absolutely disgusting I will not be returning to this location. At the end of the dinner when she realized her lack of tip (because one was not at all deserved) she actually threw the receipt at us.. I will also be reaching out corporate as well!
Went with my daughter I have been here a few times at this location. I have not had a bad experience. They do have cheaper beer in the area than a lot of other places. Got the chucks cheese burger was a little smaller portion size than others from what I remember in the past couple years of being out. The fries were a little smaller portion also. Also at this location it is very dark inside hard to see around. Maybe they could rethink their lighting they have, maybe it might be the mood they are wanting to set. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
OH MY GOODNESS! I must say, good customer service can be hard to find these days but not here.Mona was probably the kindest, most knowledgeable, funny and sweet server we could have asked for. Mona went above and beyond to ensure our party had a wonderfully memorable experience. 10/10.Thanks to Mona, this will be our regular girls night location!Servers all over the world and Mars should strive to be as great as Mona!GO MONA!!!!!
As the last guest in line, I felt overlooked during my visit. I ordered a drink that took an eternity to arrive. My meal comprised a rib and wing deal; while the fries were excellent, the wings were soggy and the ribs were dry. I ordered a second beer, but the server brought me the bill before delivering the drink. Honestly, a frozen dinner would have been better in terms of quality.
My boyfriend and I went to this location today and I must say the service I received was amazing. Our server Alisha made sure we had everything we needed, and definitely made us feel comfortable! Not too many people go above and beyond but that definitely wasn’t the case today!! Thank you chucks!;
Two of us ordered a quesadilla, but it had a moldy taste, so we sent it back. They promptly replaced it with another dish without any issues. There were ten of us in total, and all the other meals were excellent. The waitress provided outstanding service and apologized for the inconvenience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
For vegetarians, there are several options available, including burgers, nachos, tacos, salads, fries, and onion rings. As for parking, there were plenty of spaces available, and it wasn't difficult to find a spot right in front of the restaurant entrance.
