I decided to review after my third visit and each time we were left standing at the front waiting to be seated for no less than ten minutes one time my husband took it upon himself to seat us then it took him getting up and getting someone to come serve usand mind you it wasn 't like they were busy the server 's and some young boy were just standing at the bar talking then they giveus a tiny table in the corner that wobbles to the point you don 't want to touch it in fear of spilling your drink. Next visit weask for a booth and are told oh I 'd have to clean one for you um maybe do that then since there were four empty ones why arenone of them clean ? Visited Chuck's Roadhouse Grill on July 13th and unfortunately were seated at a booth with dirty fingerprints all over the window, along with food scraps and coasters on the floor. I didn’t notice until halfway through the meal because we were busy settling the kids, ordering drinks, and then dinner. We went here for dinner tonight and it was not busy but we waited for about 30 mins for our dinner to finally come out and when it did it was COLD, I definitely understand that places are way under staffed but I still expect my food to come out hot. Mydaughter's pasta was freezing like it was sitting out for a while. We didn't complain cause we were just to hungry but we won'tbe back.
I booked a table almost two weeks ahead for December 11, but when I got there, the restaurant was full and they said they weren’t taking any more reservations. This was a huge waste of my time and completely spoiled my evening. I visited Chuck's Roadhouse Grill on my birthday, and although there was only one server working on a busy Monday night, the service was excellent. It took a bit of time, but the job was done well.
