came to try this takeaway because of its high reviews and ordered crispy chilli chicken to be given half a container of food in virtually no sauce. more of an oil with peppers and onions. half a portion, not even what I would normally get for a starter anywhere else and I went back in to give them the benefit of the doubt. Had the bag i was given with the container in and said, i came in before and I was just wondering if this is a full size portion because it looks like half a portion to me. She didnt even look or investigate to see what they had given and just immediately replied saying yes thats a full portion. how does she even know what they gave out! it was put in the container by some...

At a price range of £1–10, I didn't expect much, but the food was lacking in quality and flavor, earning just 1 out of 5 stars from me. The service was decent, so I gave it a 3 out of 5, but the overall atmosphere of the place didn't leave a good impression either, with a rating of 2 out of 5. Overall, it was a rather underwhelming experience.
Would not recommend this place. Food was cold, the fried rice just tasted like salt. The chicken and sweet corn soup was just water with near enough a full tin of sweetcorn in, it looked and smelt vile. Late and cold whenever its delivered, when collecting the food is never ready and need to wait upwards of 30 minutes extra despite being told when to pick up, constantly forgetting food and offer no help when letting them know, absolute shambles, this is our local but we won't be bothering anymore. This is the best sui mai I've had in all of Merseyside, and the crispy duck is a perfect 11/10—absolutely delicious! The delivery driver was really friendly and arrived early, which was a nice bonus. If you haven't tried this place yet, you definitely should!
I called to place a takeaway order tonight, on Wednesday. The phone was answered and then immediately hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times, and after 15 minutes of trying, I still couldn’t get through. Very disappointing service.
Service was terrible tonight only wanted chips and curry made me wait at least 20 mins been going here for 15 years never again keep on with your prawn crackers instead of customers rated you on the service good luck to yer .
