We went to The Churchill Arms on the recommendation of the concierge at our hotel. Arriving in Charlottetown late in the evening, he suggested we go there for a sandwich and a drink. We arrived as the kitchen was closing, but the server kindly gave us plenty of time to review the extensive menu and make our selections. The food reminds us of London; good sandwiches, good curry, and prompt service. We'll definitely return.
typical English pub scene: dark woodwork, warm atmosphere and full of people who enjoy their favorite beers, we went there for the usual pub cuisine and fell on a selection of Indian dishes out of the line. a beautiful initiative: you choose two sizes of plates (lunch and dining) suitable for all appetites. prices are very reasonable. Indian dishes are simply delicious.
This pub is highly recommended for food and drinks. Every time we visit Charlottetown we stop here for lunch or dinner and have never been dissapointed. The service is always warm and friendly especially if your lucky enough to see Heidi. The food is your typical English pub fare and they serve one of the best fish and chips I have ever had. You won't be dissapointed.
Had to wait a bit but that was fair as we were six people. Food was delicious. I had a burger and wife had fish and chips and we shared. ALL GOOD. Good selection of beer. My husband and I went here on July 1, (Canada Day.) The place was busy, and we had to wait a bit at the bar (no problem.) Friendly, Friendly staff, food was great! I had the Korma chicken (gotta eat here) recommendation, was delicious. Will definitely return to this establishment.
I had the korma here again yesterday and it was even better than remembered. I get half rice and half fries with a side of naan bread and it's fantastic. The owner served me and she is awesome! Easily my favourite place to eat in Charlotte town. Don't ever change.
This had to be the best find in my entire trip. A cozy English pub, with an exhilarating atmosphere! The curry food is savoury and a MUST try. The drinks were delightful - I recommend the Sea Breeze. Prices are very reasonable!
Been here for a week, and maybe I'm just sick of seafood, but this was the best meal I've had yet. Restaurant was busy, so we had to wait for our meals, but they were amazing, and the prices were very fair. Highly recommend. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Went in for an early supper. The food was great Awesome curry, and wings. Staff an service was great. It's a small restaurant so when packed can be a little loud. Definitely will stop by again before we leave PEI.
