While the coffee is great, the Chai Latte and the food was extremely moderate. We ordered the receiver breakfast and asked to be vegan. They did not bring the vegan sausage that is part of the additional $3 fee. They apologised for it and offered a muffin, but when we said we were too full, they did not offer a discount for the missed thing on the bill. One of the servers we asked to get Ketchup to the left and never came back. I had to go down and ask for it myself.
