The staff at the restaurant were very respectful. I visited for the first time, and one of the team members was extremely patient with me, although I didn’t catch her name. The food was fresh and delicious, and the sweet tea was exceptional. It was so good that I decided to return the next day. I sat inside for a bit, but when I left, I realized I had forgotten something. Unfortunately, I’m now six hours away, and I tried calling the number listed, but no one answered. I want to ensure that the item I left behind was found and is being held for me. Is there a way for me to contact the restaurant?
Church's Chicken surpasses both Popeyes and KFC. I used to be a fan of Popeyes until I discovered Church's. While Popeyes is enjoyable, it tends to become repetitive after a few visits. I’ve completely moved on from Popeyes now. Although I haven’t had Church's Chicken multiple days in a row, I can tell I won’t ever grow tired of it. The food is incredibly tasty, and the service is outstanding. I should note that I love fried okra, but the quality can be inconsistent at Church's.
I’m frustrated because I believe we should be doing better as a society. Other areas with less diversity don't seem to face these issues. It doesn't matter if you're working in fast food; everyone should strive to do their best in everything. I really dislike coming to this area for this reason. I feel like my money was wasted, and they also need to improve their parking lot.

The African American woman with dreadlocks, who I believe is the manager, should be let go immediately. Her aggressive demeanor is completely inappropriate for the customer service industry. She was not even kind to her employees, which is especially concerning given how challenging it is to find staff these days.
The woman with cornrows at the counter delivered excellent customer service, and I want to give a special shoutout to the chefs for cooking the chicken to perfection! It had been years since I last visited, but it was truly amazing!
Arrived at 11:32am on 12/17 to order a 2piece Texas chicken at drive thru. Deonna didn't greet or open her mouth to say anything. So early after opening why was I served old and hard chicken. Will never patronize again.
I ordered the shrimp dish, which included just two tender shrimp and three fried shrimp. The portion sizes were quite small considering the prices at Zaxby's.
