This neighbourhood restaurant is all you can wish for when you want the original Portuguese chicken piri-piri! Very authentic atmosphere and very kind owners! Madalena greets you with a big smille! The chicken is tasty and juicy, you get homemade piri-piri sauce on the side. The rice with carrots is a good side dish, much vetter than the average rice you get, and the fries are fresh and homemade. Together with a salad and a good housewine, you can not go wrong! The bill is exceptionally low. Try it!!!
We went for a late dinner after a long trip to Faro. We received a warm welcome from Madelina who was absolutely wonderful! Although there was some language barrier the service was excellent and staff were very kind. The chicken and pork were delicious and cooked perfectly. There is nothing negative I can say about this place. It looked like a family-run local restaurant that made me feel at home.
the place is very common. the hostess and eating are however top notch! the owner and his wife are the sweetest couple they can meet and the grill chicken is one of the best I had in faro. a must visit!

El mejor pollo que hemos comido nunca. Y los dueños son encantadores. Llegamos a cinco minutos de cerrar y no les importó prepararnos la comida. Para repetir!!!!!!
