The fish and seafood was ultra fresh and the flavours were simple but allowed the fish’s full flavour to stand out. No extra spices necessary, but for a bit of garlic and bay. Lovely al dente rice in the Arroz com Peixe. Very friendly service, and very reasonable price, 75 Euros for two for three courses, bottle of wine, water and coffee.
O serviço era simpático e atencioso e o ambiente agradável. Escolhemos arroz de frutos do mar, foi bom, mas com toda a franqueza não foi o melhor que já comemos. Talvez tenhamos as expectativas muito altas. Mas em geral a experiência foi positiva.
From the warm welcome, the explanation of the menu and the chat as we went the dining experience was what these weary travelers needed. We shared a dish with some starters and an amazing pitcher of sangria. Couldn’t have had a better meal!!
