So we turned up on the recommendation of our apartment host and was a little sceptical on the outside appearance of what looked like a chicken shack. However once inside we were treated like regular customers who eat there constantly and served the most magnificent food. From the chef’s little filo pastries of walnuts and feta cheese to our mains of steak, lamb cutlets and pork belly. Daughter had a starter only wow of king prawns. Honestly please visit this place. It’s in the main and unrecognised town of Almancil but you will not be disappointed. They are so passionate about their food. The Algarvian Misto by the way is a cake to celebrate
my favorite churrasqueria in the algarve. visited several times in the run of the years and never had a bad meal, the huh is always moist and juicy. I would have posted photos, but as soon as the chicken arrived, my dinner guests came up like ravenous pirrahnas, so I can only show them that the goat cheese is starter. owners and employees are very courtesy and attentive. This restaurant serves superb food at a reasonable cost. The drinks and wines are good. Old fashioned in its decor it has a vintage local atmosphere about its interior and dining area. The staff are most pleasant and very helpful. It would be hard to get a better priced place to dine in whilst visiting the Algarve.
