Nice spot. Probably has the best location of any Cibo in Adelaide with the little plaza and the trees just outside. On a nice sunny spring day sitting drinking a latte and eating a canoli and watching the world go by is a very pleasant way to waste a half hour or so. But they also have the worst hours of any Cibo in Adelaide, shutting up shop as soon as the sun goes down. We have a joke in our family that they shut when Fat Cat goes to bed. (It's a midde aged Adelaide thing) Other than that they do what Cibo does - coffee cakes and light lunches. If that's what you like and you get here when they're open then this is a great spot for it.
I visit this cafe once a week (twice when it's felt like a long week). Great coffee made by great humans. The point system through the Cibo app means a free coffee every now and then which is a bonus! The store is always clean and tidy, and you can tell that Paul and his staff take great pride in not only making delicious coffee, but also providing exceptional customer service.
My sister-in-law Sarah introduced me to this cafe. It wasn't here the last time I was in Adelaide, but she swears by it. Yes, the coffee is good, but honestly, Australians know how to make a good coffee, so it's hard to judge from the competition. What I like is the location. You can sit outside, it's close to Rundle Street and the park.
I have been coming to this Cibo since 2007. And I love the guys who run it. The coffee is consistently great. The food very good. And good news their salads are back after disappearing during Covid. The new outdoor furniture is a nice addition too. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Friendly service with genuine smiles. Coffee always good. Great selection of food which is always fresh. Indoor and outdoor seating. Eat in or take away.
Just the usual Quick coffee run before heading out for the day. Loved the coffee and a quick breakfast bun with pancetta. Service was not bad
Even though these days I prefer a good hipster cafe (they just have that certain atmosphere!!), classics like Cibo are still performing well.
