This is my new favorite restaurant. Absolute 10/10 across the board. We got a white Negroni and the Ciccio old fashioned, both were fantastic. For appetizers we got the prosciutto and the house salad served with their fresh baked bread and homemade giardeneira. The salad was absolutely delicious. very lovely ambiance. recommend reservations because the walk-in wait was pretty substantial for their lounge area (a little over 2 hours, which we mostly spent having some drinks at the bar in Bavette’s). the lounge area was surprisingly comfy and private to eat in with little heaters under the table which was nice, though you do have the occasional people loitering around as they wait instead of going somewhere else to wait (like a bar). the service was lovely, the man at the front was very … – show
What’s not to love? The small and intimate ambiance is so unique. I’m forever grateful for the corner table they gave us for our anniversary. Beyond romantic. Cole was our server and he was lovely. The burrata and bread service was the best we’ve had. Drooling over my truffle pasta but I think my husbands spicy rigatoni might have taken the cake. The comp dessert of almond soft serve was so special and I’m craving it always now. Did I mention the Chianti was incredible? I want to go back!

Absolutely incredible! There are a lot of great Italian restaurants in Chicago but eating at Ciccio Mio is the closest thing I’ve found to hopping a jet to Italy. The flavors, textures, and overall experience are spot on. Ambiance is also very cozy and intimate. The downsides are cost and limited seating (which can make reservations tough), but I personally think these are a fair price to pay for what you’re getting. Highly recommend!
My boyfriend and I got the rigatoni and the gnocchi and the mozzarella sticks. The food was very underwhelming given the reviews and price point. It was just alright, nothing special. We also ended up having stomach issues the morning after. My favorite part was honestly the bread they give you. this was not worth the price or having to making reservations a month in advance.
Our favorite Italian restaurant in the city. Everything is wonderful but some of our favorites are the burrata and the pasta with vodka sauce. It's an extremely challenging reservation to get, but we are so happy when we get the chance to go.
Coziest place ever! Service and food was amazing, we were a party of 5 and we got to try the home salad, pastas, pork and chicken and some veggies as sides and everything was amazing and super tasty!

Delicious pasta! You need to make a reservation on their website 30 days in advance because walk-ins are only seated in the front lounge area.
Very cozy place. The meat is pretty good. The prices are fair. The stuff was relaxed and letting us serve there was a pleasure for us.
