If you only have to make one restaurant in Bordeaux, it must be this one. (I wanted to keep it secret but it would not be fair for them. we had the best Japanese diner today. we only went 4min from our airbnb and found this little jewel. we had sushis, but also a sort of sushis with prawns and mozzarella and also entenmagret.
