Cimarron Coffee Roasters

Great little coffee roaster with a coffee shop inside. The coffee here takes time so don't expect it quickly but it's worth the wait. The teas here are also great and brewed to perfection also. Not a whole lot in the way of food here but that's not really what they are going for. If you have some time I'd go check it out.

Best espresso machine I've ever tasted. I liked the steamed milk, which was carefully poured with a leaf design. Not too expensive! The ambience of music and the elegant industrial interior promoted my ability to study about two hours. Also friendly and helpful roasts Eric and Nate!

Best spot for coffee in town. The owner puts so much effort into making fantastic espresso and chai drinks with unmatched quality. Baked goods are also to die for! Highly recommend

A great cup of coffee. Glad I brought some beans home, problem is that it wasn't enough after friends tasted it.
