I love Cinnabon but this one I had a horrible experience. The line was not long at all when I arrived and I know I stood there for 10-15 mins before anyone acknowledged me. They had 4 employees behind the counter and the all seemed to be making ordersfor online while the line was growing and growing. If you have any type of good customer service experience with multipleemployees working at the time, you know to handle your customers in front of you first. I asked for a Cinnabon in the middle,with just pecans added and she literally added what she wanted. And had a attitude and was slamming my stuff around.
