I used to love coming here because the cinnamon rolls were the best, but the service was so pitiful.I used to work food service and I normally have a lot of grace for young people working those types of jobs since it reminds me of myself when I was in their shoes, but this experience took all my patience. It is very clear that there is no semblance of management here, and this place is ran by a bunch of undisciplined high school students. The girls working behind the counter on Sunday the 17th should not ever be scheduled to work together again. I will say, to their credit, they did take our order very efficiently when we walked though the door, but it took over 20 minutes to get 2 cinnamon...
In town visiting and decided to treat myself to a tasty treat before a hard week of work ahead. Little did I know I was being served by workers playing behind the counter instead of providing a reasonable service on 9/17 around 9pm. Laughing at burning food, chasing behind the counter, extremely long wait times ~30 minutes), and an underwhelming product. I’d imagine staffing changes would fix most if not all of these problems.
Despite being close to closing time, the staff still welcomed me as a last-minute customer, which I really appreciated since I was just visiting from out of town. I rarely indulge in cinnamon rolls, but I decided to treat myself and take one back to my hotel. It was absolutely delicious! I ended up returning another day because I enjoyed it so much. It's great that they stay open late, too!
If you're willing to wait 30 minutes for two sushi rolls, then this is the place for you. However, be aware that other locations can serve you in just 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

The cinnamon rolls lacked flavor and were quite bland. Adding some raisins would improve them.
Love love love the crème brûlée cinnaholic. Got the paradise bliss which is also my favorite.
If you haven’t had the pizza rolls yet…go get TWO! Cinnaholic may be my new happy place.
