After a bit of shopping and walking around I decided to stop by Cipollini to have a few glasses of wine and eat something light since I had a few more stores to visit and didn?t want to feel heavy and bloated. I ended up ordering the seafood salad which was delicious and exactly what I was looking for. However, my server was not pleased I didn?t order a main course even though I had 3 glasses of wine and my bill was $100 dollars including a generous gratuity which he definitely didn?t deserve.
Cipollini is a great experience through and through. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful: offering to chill our water bottles during our meal and recommending my meal. We started with meatball jalapeño pizza, and it was truly an amazing pizza. Followed by the baschamel verde, an extremely creative and rich dish. Space was a little tight inside, but service was fantastic and overall would recommend to anybody.
My favorite place to have grilled octopus! Literally grilled to perfection. Please try to get her before 6:45pm-7:15pm because they fill up quick (I got in just before 6pm). I had the grilled octopus to start, lychee martini to get the party started, Caesar salad as my main with grilled shrimp and Greek yogurt with an americano to end off the night. My server Jorge was so good and service was prompt.
Cipollini Pronto Caffe is the grab and go part of Cipollini's restaurant. They have variety of tasty sandwiches, paninis, salad and coffee. My favorite panini is the grilled chicken with arugula and roasted peppers. They have a small sit-down indoor areaand when weather permits they have a ton of outdoor tables. As part of the Poll Restaurant group, Cipollini is a refined example of a quality Italian restaurant frequented by an affluent clientele. The food is delightful, the prices are reasonable, and the service is outstanding and attentive. There is often a wait for outdoor seating, but it’s enjoyable to stroll around the block and admire the impressive collection of luxury cars.
Cippolini is a timeless restaurant on Long Island. The food is exceptional, and the staff is the most attentive I've ever encountered while dining out. The drinks are just right. This place is perfect for dates, birthdays, or girls' lunches. The decor is lovely, and I would say it's one of the best restaurants on Long Island.
Delicious Cippolini burger and fries, cooked just the way I like it, black and blue! My daughter had the Linguine alle vongole, which was delicious! Now that I tried the Aperol fizz cocktail, I'm hooked! My daughter enjoyed the Rossini cocktail, also very refreshing but not too sweet!
This is one of the best Italian restaurants in the states. The margarita pizza is as close to the one you can have in Naples as possible. I visited on a busy Friday night without a reservation, and the staff managed to find us a table. I really loved the atmosphere, as well as the drinks and food. The octopus appetizer we ordered was absolutely delicious! I will definitely return!
