Ate here on a Friday evening, made a reservation because we assumed it would be busy like the rest of downtown. Walked in and tons of open tables. That was the first strike for me. Got our food and wasn’t impressed. I had a Caesar salad and split a pizza with my husband. My friend got a Caesar with steak. I’m particular about my Caesar dressing and this missed the mark. I couldn’t finish it. Pizza was ok, but I expected better. The steak on the salad was not up to par by no means. Just glad she didn’t waste $32 on the full steak.
We waited 15 minutes to be seated, even though we had a reservation and there were plenty of open tables. Several walk ins were seated in the interim. When we sat we ordered drinks and appetizers, but after 45 minutes we hadn’t gotten either and there were no servers in sight. We were trying to catch a show so we left. Our poor waiter was the only server in the entire restaurant! It certainly wasn’t his fault but definitely not an organized establishment. Very disappointed.
The food was really good! I was a little disappointed there was no cocktail menu. When I looked up this restaurant on open table there was a very good looking cocktail menu and thatâs ultimately why I booked the restaurant. The waitress was really nice and told me there was multiple locations and it was probably at a different location. All in all it was pretty good ð
I've been here before and for the most part like when I come. Just this go round my waffles were super hard, and it was so busy that I couldn't get them redone. Still enjoy the bottomless mimosas, and my server handled is really well despite being so busy.

Better experience than the previous visit. Josh our server really made the visit the best. Good bottomless mimosas, and the wings were on point. Had to get orders. Lol! Definitely will continue to visit.
In out, Zack was our server was sooo great!! Interacted with our kids, so warm welcoming. Great service!! Others came to check on us also, seems like they have a great team there!
Had a girls weekend and choose City Tap House for dinner on Saturday. It was the perfect location to Broadway after dinner. We had great service and food/drink. Thank you!
Pepperoni pizza was sad. Had better frozen pizzas. Can't believe how expensive it was for what I got.

Good for a quick meal with basic pub-grub food, but beer list is very good.
City Tap Prime Burger is to die for! One of the best burgers ive ever had!
