My issue is with venue ticketing policies and systems...and the lack of empathy/customer service from staff. I purchased 2 tickets in advance for Zebra show on July 22nd, 8:00pm. I also had pre-purchase tickets for Red Sox game on 22nd, 4:00pm start. Weather issues on the 21st forced reschedule of 22nd game start time to 7:10pm. Went to a Sunday Brunch Beatles themed event which featured a pianist somewhere better than Bill Murray in his SNL skit but not as funny. That aside the real bummer is that we did not get served simple sandwich food for 75 minutes. At 45 minutes I got them to finally deliver a cup of coffee which was lukewarm. It is a very intimate setting. The staff is very friendly and knowledge.The food was very good this time around and pipping hot. The portions are small. The prices are pricey for shows and food. I suggest getting there very early to find parking and getting to your table. The seats are super uncomfortable and need more padding or replace them all together. For tickets that were over $70 with fees. I definitely could have been more comfortable. We were packed in there like sardines. There was no space to get up and really move around. We went for the Beatles brunch which was a blast and we 'd do it again. It 's a cool venue. But I would not order food again!!Our timeline:11:30 Sit at a table.12:10 Flag down waiter and ask if we could please order. He said, Oh, I thought you did that already. ? We place our order.1:15 We ask for the status of our meals. Our waiter tells us, I 'm sorry, the kitchen is a disaster. 1:30 Meals arrive COLD. It takes another ten minutes for ketchup to come.Our meals were comped but it wasn 't even really worth it. I 'd rather pay and eat in a timely manner and be served hot food. Next time we will eat before arriving and just order drinks. I don 't know how they can function as a restaurant.

On 6/26/23 I attended the Rock and Roll trivia in the Haymarket Lounge. First off, this was my first time going to a Trivia night so I didn't know what to expect, not only did I have a blast but I realized I totally suck at trivia. Scott was a great host, very lively and good choices in music. The rules were explained easily and the prizes were awesome. I'd love to do it again soon. I've also spread the word to friends and coworkers. (Side note my server was excellent and the Smash burger was so good!!! Highly recommend it! Great night!!
Great Venue ... staff, sound, location! With so many venues for tunes in Boston, City Winery really does it top notch. The space is fun and open; we had dinner before our show and the service and food were well worth it. Personal attention from the staff from 1st arrival through after the show. A solid Sound system, and the artists are really able to interact with us all. Very cool. AND then, a total unexpected bonus :: post show meet and great with the Artists! This is definitely on our fav list.
Least accessible million dollar venue in Boston. HC wheelchair elevator still broken over a year later. I sat outside Accessible entrance for over 10 mins had to ask a stranger on street to walk up stairs to get management. HC restroom impossible to open. Couldnt get out. And I consider myself strong. REVERNED HORTON HEAT ? ? ? Venue, tables and chairs, great view from all seating. Great wait staff! Beers were cold! Delta Bombers opened for Reverend Horton Heat! Delta Bombers had a great set, never seen them before and would recommend. RHH never disappoints, on fire. If you've never experienced RHH, then make an effort and do it.

Just discovered City Winery and their marvelous Main Stage performance space where the wine flowed, and the food was sumptuous! Saw Simrit live. It was a wonderful experience. Will be back soon! ??
Need to have the lyrics of the song on the TV so views can sing along. Food has great selection and desserts is the best part.
