Claires kitchen at le Salon

Having experienced so many fine restaurants in SE Australia, including Tasmania, we went there anticipating yet another one. It was not to be. The ambience isn't anything special, the service (flippant and not very attentive, not that we want to be fawned over) didn't fit what I thought would have matched the clientele, and the food was, for the most part, in keeping with the previous aspects. There were certainly some bright spots, but all in all, it was disappointing.

We were booked in for Mothers day lunch, but unfortunately woke up feeling unwell. We thought we'd have to cancel, but we asked if we could maybe pick it up and have it at home. No problem . So what was a bit of down day turned out to be amazing because of the kindness of these people. We had three courses, all absolutely delicious. On top of that they sent some beautiful Mothers day gifts as well. Fabulous service.

The beef tartartar is delicious, the compound taste is just right, and the snails are full of flavor as always. The lamb cho areps tender and juicy inside. Tata cattle are eating well, composite tastes are just good, and cows continue to be inges. The platoons of the platoons are even further. The environment is not good, shopkeepers are enthusiastic, and the chickens that are mobilized are very good.

The ambience is charming and chic. a very charming and chic ambience. With the chandeliers, antiques, gorgeous wallpapers giving you a piece of France in Sydney. Serving traditional French brassiere .Charming French waiters warmly welcome you to the world of hospitality. Food is délicieux .Bon Appetit!

I have been there a few times and have loved the experience every time. I have enjoyed wonderful cabaret and great food each time. Sunday lunch or evening the food and show have been terrific
