Perfection in the food industry can only be perfected after some time has passed. But for over 75 years, the White Diamond Diner in Clark, NJ has exemplified itself for perfection. Let's just say that Ray Collins made the great decision to move to Clark to partner with his nephew to open and work in the current location. Without his contributions, the Clark White Diamond may not be as well known today. Granted, the diner has a stored history, starting with the Cox Family. Where they were opening up some of the original White Diamonds. The idea that the diner chain was Southern run and meant to be moved into NY is impressive. New review 7/2/24. HORRIBLE Taylor Ham egg whites. They changed a to a hamburger roll of a low quality from the usual hard roll. Had to throw out the roll. Call before you order to see if the hard rolls are back. I would have given a higher rating on service if they told us the truth about the rolls before I ordered. Previous review: Good today. Much better than my review below from the last time. Hot dog roll was stale. First time this ever happened.
Taylor ham cheese sandwiches are devine! Super thin slices fried to perfection. Hubby gets the burgers is always happy (then eats half of my taylor ham Staff is welcoming efficient. We visited on a brutally hot day we made a bee line right to theback to sit by the ICE COLD air conditioner we were in HEAVEN!! Prices are fantastic but remember that they are cash only (they do have an ATM inside The Diamond is gem of a place.....sorry for the pun

The place is very Old American, Cash only The flavor was on point, first time been here, the one thing or my only complain is the size of the meat patty, i understand the whole smash burger deal, but damn at one point i felt like i was chewing on bread and mayo no meat.
White Rose Diner in Roselle is my favorite breakfast spot! I love home fries with peppers onions, beef sausage, scrambled eggs w/cheese don't forget the wheat toast!!! The BLT's, Philly Cheesesteak, French fries, are also great. I've yet to be disappointed.
First place I have ever had a meat spread as a burger. You can see the bread through the burger. It was paper thin and like $5. Fries are good but I would never eat here again and wouldn't recommend.
