The atmosphere at the restaurant was lovely and the staff were attentive. However, the Sunday lunch experience was disappointing. Priced at £30 for a 3-course meal, the beef was overcooked and tough, making it difficult to eat. The portion size of the roast potatoes and vegetables was small. The chocolate and raspberry cake was dry and would have been improved with some pouring cream.
Lunch at this restaurant was a delightful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were just right. I highly recommend trying out this place for a satisfying lunch.
Chicken dry and lamb tough. And why not assemble kebabs as they do elsewhere instead of leaving the customer to do it themselves ! Maybe try a pizza next time.hopefully fully prepared and cooked ! Food: 2 Service: 4

Haven't been to Clays for about a year. Once again had a wonderful meal. Lovely service. Food amazing. All 4 of us had a lovely evening. Very full bellies now.
