Food was great. Service was legendary. Our server Jacob gave us the perfect rundown of the menu. We had the zucchini as our appetizer. It was warm and crispy, and the dill hummus gave it the perfect balance of flavor. I had the Thai chicken linguine with some crushed red pepper flakes on the side️. my husband ordered the walleye . Both our entrées tasted great. I loved my iced tea with an orange slice too. Jacob made sure our meal was perfect and that we had everything we wanted. We'll definitely be back.
I decided to have dinner at the charmingly retro Clementines. It has a mid-2000s Applebee's vibe, although it feels a bit out of place in 2023. The food was quite tasty, and the service could have been great if we'd had the energetic baseball coach as our server. Unfortunately, we were attended to by a rather dismissive ice queen. What a disappointment! I would have loved to connect with that lively guy instead. Overall, it was a dine-in experience.
That was such a beautiful place with phenomenal service. The location is charmingly set on the edge of the canal and there was a wonderful, lively bozze of life. The people were friendly and the waiting bar only offered the right mix of friendly banter with information and local Lore. The specials were perfect and cheaper than similar locations. I recommend Clementines!
Great local place to go if you're sick of Applebee's. Specials are always good and there's a variety of options to choose from. Also right on the water for a nice view while eating. Indoor and outdoor seating available in the warmer times.
