The lines are long for a reason! The creamy ice cream here is incredibly satisfying. From soft serve to hard ice cream and the milkshakes, everything is delicious. The lines move quickly since they have plenty of windows open, and the wait is definitely worth it! They also make homemade ice cream cakes—I ordered a cookies and cream cake with chocolate crunches for my birthday, and it was a huge hit! Absolutely delicious!
Ok, I’ll give it 5 stars because the ice cream is indeed very good, even if I don’t think it is the best in NJ (as it has been referenced) and not as good as other options in northern NJ (Denville Dairy). The service is good. Even if there are a lot of people waiting, they keep it moving quick with up to 7 windows serving at a time. It’s worth a trip and for sure one of the best places for ice cream in the area.
I've walked by this place countless times but never took the time to stop for ice cream—until today, and I’m so glad I did! They have an excellent selection of flavors. I tried the Chocolate Mint ice cream, while my wife opted for Cherry Vanilla. Both were fantastic! We will definitely return for more.

I’ve been here a few times and it is always amazing! I have to admit, the long lines may look intimidating, but they are super fast at Cliffs. They have seating on the side and an amazing ice cream statue. It is worth the trip!
Delicious! The line moves quickly, and there's plenty of parking available behind the building. Plus, there are more than 10 picnic tables and benches outside where you can relax and enjoy your ice cream.
I love this place. It has an amazing variety of flavors, the consistency is perfect, it has parking. They could use a few more workers for faster service, shorter wait time.
