We used her before for the first time no issues. Second time we placed an order they took the money then cancelled the order. 3 to 5 working days for a refund. When i called to ask why they said the driver doesnt want to deliver to me today. I was shocked and when asked why he said it was up to the driver. Never heard such nonsense in all my life. They didnt mind delivering before and me posting their 1st great review. Lesson learnt. We wont be orderimg again and will not be recommendimg others to eithet. Shocking attitide and customer service
Fantastic food, great value, brilliant and friendly professional staff make a visit to this curry house the best iv'e ever experienced.. Throughout my life I have dined up and down the country and am so glad this curry house is close to home.. I have been visiting for over ten years and I always order Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi Vindaloo Hot and am never disappointed.. Once you try this place you will go know where else simply awesome!!
I hadn't visited this restaurant in almost a year. I was disappointed to see that the happy and friendly waiter I remembered no longer worked there. The food was still delicious and enjoyable. We ordered 4 main dishes, 1 naan, and 1 portion of chips to share, which came to just over £30. They don't have a liquor license, so you can bring your own alcohol, but they do serve soft drinks.
Having dined at many other places we still rate the Clove as one of the all round best curry houses. It’s not the most luxurious or fancy but if you want a great tasty meal that’s very well priced this is your place. This charming restaurant is very friendly and offers delicious food. They have set menu deals for affordable dining during the week, featuring great traditional dishes. We have frequented this establishment multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience with the nice staff. Their takeaway service is also quick and efficient.
Arrived at the restaurant where we were seated on time, we then didn't see the waiter for over half hour before he decided to try and serve us. By this point we decided to walk out. It would seem they are prioritising deliveres over dine in customers where's I always thought it was the other way round. Won't be going back in a hurry.
Ordered food for the second time this week. My partner is very picky with her food and was so complementary on the first order we thought we would try again. Food even better today, price is very good and speed of delivery was excellent. Would really recommend the food from here and we had ours on delivery

I have only visited this restaurant twice, and on both occasions, the service and food were outstanding. They do not serve alcohol, so you will need to bring your own, but this is becoming a common practice nowadays.
