Cm Chicken(choong Man) Falls Church

Food is decent, service was horrid. I walked in to order a Hot Snow Onion wings and a Hot Spicy Garlic wings. We picked up our order and headed home no onions or sauce were included in the package. I attempted to call the restaurant to remediate the problem and was promptly dismissed and had my phone number blocked. If you order here check the packages before you leave or else you'd better hope your order is right!

EditI ordered through delivery app and it was terrible. I think their sauce recipes got changed (downgraded). It's not what it used to taste like. Chicken quality dropped and sauce tastes dropped. After two bites of the chickens i ordered, i had to trash them all. It's so disappointing because CM chicken was my favorite and was better than bbq, bonchon, and pelicana. Now it's the worst.

I think the wings are great here. I tried their honey garlic wings for the first time and loved them. They were very crispy and flavorful. They also gave me an extra wing, so I thought that was pretty cool. I also ordered the kimchi fried rice. I was pretty good, but definitely wasn't the best I ever had. Will definitely come back to try the other options on the menu

the online menu was not clear how many chickens come in an order, so I called to ask. well what I did because they had a special offer a whole huh (cut up,) that was cheaper, for $23.99, plus free drumsticks. I'm sorry, I can't remember how many pieces are standard, otherwise the hawn is so crispy and goes well with the snow swirl sauce!

this place 3 times past, without failing, has refused to complete an order. whether online or personally this filiale has not managed to make the order right. this is a limit a literally was check your bags, they blocked my phone number when I reached the rest of my order.
