I visited this place and this facility for the first time ever on Monday night to get dinner for me and my son. we ordered a classic cheese pizza; we were greeted by a young man for an executive order. I noticed that the front side of the facility did not seem all that clean; but we still placed the order, we waited about 20 minutes outside, where the outside sitting area was not clean, and there was a dog dish sitting on one of the tables where I suspect someone had sat with a dog before. I went after 20 minutes to get the pizza and the young man opened the pizza box and the pizza didn't look pleasant, they could see that the oil was still sitting on the pizza, and the pizza looked very sca...
However, it was the service that truly made me decide not to come back. It’s not often that I feel like a burden for simply wanting to eat. The atmosphere was lacking; it felt like a bored child hanging around a pizza place, doing their best to help but not really wanting to. The building was hot, which I suppose is to be expected with a 900-degree oven, but my pizza seemed to contradict that notion. I can only rate it 2 out of 5 and I won’t be returning.
I noticed that they were named one of the best by a magazine in 2016, 2017, and 2018. Either the magazine has very low standards now, or something has changed here.
Good lord the staff are incredibly rude. I called before hand if the dough is Vegan, they say yes. Then I pay for the food and when I pick it up, I asked to make sure “does the dough have eggs” and they said “yes” which means it’s NOT vegan. They continue to be rude to us saying “all pizza dough has eggs” which is just so false but they continue to yell at us that this is how every pizza place does it and they refuse to to acknowledge anything they don’t believe in. Idk what you guys are on about at this place but get it together because you don’t need to mansplain to your customers when you get defensive.
As soon I walked in I notice how unclean the place was. Napkins and intensive on the floor. Service was ehhh, server brought out my order and stated “ I’m sorry we forgot to put the Buffalo sauce on the side but we can remake it if you’d like” of course that would make someone feel bad so I said don’t worry I’ll eat it just like that. Server rarely came to check on us. Pizza was burnt and was just okay. Will not return ever!

The pizza overall has the flavor of cheddar which is not something you want in a pizza with mozzarella cheese. Sometimes the pizza comes out floppy rather than the charred crunchy texture. It is sad that the only redeeming quality of the pizza here is that the spicy sauce adds a bit of pepper to reduce and moderate the overly cheddar-like flavor.
Picked up food here before hitting a local brewery. Ordering was quick and ready. Food was ready when we arrived. Got a sausage pizza and mozzarella sticks. A solid pizza. Nothing to write home about but solid. The marinara for the mozz sticks was very tasty. Definitely leftovers. The place was busy on a Saturday evening which is good to see.
My husband's favorite spot for pizza. However, I wouldn't recommend the vegan cheese, as it has a sweet flavor that I didn't care for. The wings are the best, and I really love the caramelized onions that come with them. Aside from that one exception, everything else is great. Service: Dine-in. Meal type: Lunch.
This was my first time to this restaurant, and I absolutely loved the food, and the service. Big kudos to my waitress Chloe thank you for making my experience there very memorable. I will be be back and you earned your tip... thank you!!!

Pizzas were good, a little oily imo, but has good taste and good crust. The appetizers on the other hand, were disappointing. The calamari tasted good, but it was over cooked and the texture was similar to rubber.
