This time we moved to Córdoba, to a very special restaurant for us: @cocina33restaurante Located on Paseo de la Ribera :4), it has a small place where they don't have many tables inside, although they do have a terrace. Even so, it is essential to book in advance. We tasted the following dishes: Camembert and almond mazamorra, caramel, sour apple sorbet, quail egg and Cashews : 1). This almond cream stands out for its layer of caramel that covers it, creating a mixture of salty flavor with crunchy sweet. The acid touch is provided by the green apple ice cream. Cocina 33 is a place that you cannot miss if you come to Córdoba. Quality food, at a good price and with excellent service. I recommend the arepas de rabo de todo although, honestly, everything on the menu is terrific. I have gone a few times to eat and it does not leave indifferent. Also, my mother is celiac and the cook prepared a special gluten-free French toast for her. They really care about the customer and you get a good dining experience.
