I have tried to order by doordash and this restaurant has canceled my order. when I called and asked why my order was canceled, the casser said that I was too far away and that there was more vegetarian eating that was closer to me. the hotel where I stay is located in the cook street and only 2 miles away. the delivery time showed 30 minutes and for picking it showed 12 minutes on the doordash app. the way and wise how the situation was treated to a customer is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. it's just sucking because eating looks so good, but the customer service skills were quite cumbersome and needed some maintenance. at this point I was really happy that I didn't support thi...
terrible experience! I put an order for dumpling online (door bag) and after waiting for more than an hour, they showed that the order was completed without actually delivering it. when I called the place, the lady told me that the order was worth a little and my place was far until they cancelled it. such a bad customer service. do not accept orders at first place and if they do, the least have the courtesy not to mark them as completed. that even after so long wait. never order from here again!

The best vegan restaurant in queens! It has all of my favorites and more. You will not miss meat, since there are a variety of delicious options! My favorites are the chicken nuggets, all of the thai curries, roast pork pad kee mao, wonton soup and thai basil fried rice. Also the seitan is bomb. Everything I ordered thus far taste amazing and I would encourage you to try everything.
I ordered the Sugar Cane Drumsticks and Roast Pork with cabbage, carrots and snap peas. Everything was delicious however, I could have done without the mock duck fat on the mock roast duck. It was a gelatin/rubbery like consistency. Not sure who enjoys eating fat like that anyways. I did think the mock duck was tasty though but the fat part was not necessary at all.

Very friendly and engaging staff. Adhered strictly to NYC covid protocols. Excellent vegan interpretations of popular Asian dishes, and fresh fruit juices prepared fresh at the time of order.
