That was a different experience! There are whole chunks of the beach full of debris (ocean, not men made), stones, you can't walk on without them beach shoes. Whereas some areas of the beach were perfect. When it's low tide, you got yourself a beach almost a 100 meters deep, fantastic! Definitely recommend this one.
The tide shifts are clearly seen. fine sand, lots of shells to pick. clean and neat. perfectly wet sand to build sand castle. Many beachfront restaurants for food or ice cream; historical monuments from the landing in Normandy on juno beach if you want to walk and read about this.
small town of Normandy full of charm. Landing beach. ballad on the seafront very nice with these restaurants, bars, terraces on the beach. note that the seafront is entirely reserved for pedestrians: ideal for family walks.
