We came there before leaving to the AirPort(24.02.23). Excited to get our last beer and enjoy the last moment in Tenerife. We (3 different family’s) went in and choose 3 tables close together also to make it easier for the staff to give us the bill separately. The staff that made our experience there not good at all from the moment we stepped in. She started asking us to stand up and moved us around we tried to explain that this is how we wanted to sit. But okay we moved the way she wanted us to sit and ordered some beers and non alcoholic cocktails for the kids. Fast service and drinks good. Then when we are about to leave we try to explain in English how we wanna pay and what we are paying...
Me and my son visited this place for a cheeky cocktail. The service was very slow and despite there being two bars either side of the unit only one of them was functioning and there was only two bar staff and one waiting staff. To be fair the cocktails were excellent and decent value for money however the service was very slow as mentioned already and when I visited I had to approach the bar to pay my bill as I knew it would take a long time if I waited for the waitress, it was clear that the bar staff’s management of the orders was haphazard. They seemed to have so many tables in there the poor waitress could hardly negotiate her way through to each table without having to do twists and tur...
Nice bar with good prices, first time of visiting the young woman serving was very good, attentive and pleasant. But the second visit an older looking woman was serving and she was extremely abrupt, off handled, and spoke down to you like you were a school child. After I said to her about talking to us in this manner she snapped back in her native language grasped my money and walked away. The people on the table next to us said,she is like it to everyone. But she won't be like it to us again, as we will not revisit.
Bin goin here for years called twice this year 1st time great cocktails 2nd time the frozen daiquiri was full of chunks of ice and strawberries no beer mats so the tables were soaking not as good as it was now its bigger
Absolutely brilliant time here! The cocktails are sublime and have to say we tried a few. They are not expensive compared to other places in the area and would highly recommend!
Our bar of choice, decent music, competive prices and some decent cocktail..service well organised and quick. A decent start to any night out.
Busy bar with excellent Estrella beer on draught at 1.50€. Hard working and efficient staff. Good location to watch the world go by..
