Order to take out (2nd time) when I went to pick up order and the guy that was at the front counter was not professional at all. I informed the front person that there was a bug at the padebonos tray walking around all of the food and he didn’t hesitate at all to get this corrected instead he continued taking orders even tho I was very discreet on telling him in private so the place of business won’t take any more complaints from other customers. However I think the owner should take care of this situation and try to resolve this issue ASAP because this place has a lot of potential.
I visited this restaurant the other day with my family for lunch, and I have to say that the service was incredible! The cashier was warm and friendly, and the food was not only delicious but also served up quickly. I'm truly impressed and would definitely recommend this place!
Every single time the girl at the counter has horrible attitude but food is good, overall service is always slow but last time after waiting more than 40 minutes for a 2 arepas con queso ended up not getting them. Said they would refund the money but they didn’t.

Terrible service; Last Sunday we visited the place I ordered two corn arepas and they gave me damaged ones, the taste was horrible and on top of that they took a long time. And not to mention the cashier, she is very terrible with customers.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The food here is amazing they are one of the best Colombian spots on long island. I came by yesterday for lunch and there was a girl behind the counter who was very sweet. My food also came out very quickly. Definitely check this place out I highly recommend it.
