Actually pretty upset because I go here a lot, but tonight we walk in at 9:45 (they close at 10) and this girl that was working looked at us, gave us a dirty look then rolled her eyes at us. Then went to the back and slammed the door, came over and startedmaking our ice cream, in the middle of it she stopped for about 5 minutes or so and answered her phone and talked on the phone.Absolutely HORRIBLE employee. DO BETTER!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the friendly staff who were incredibly patient while I was trying to decide what to order. The ice cream was fantastic and surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend this place as a special treat for celebrating achievements like acing a test or landing a job—it's a perfect little indulgence for whenever you want to treat yourself!
I was truly impressed! The ice cream is consistently fantastic, but I want to highlight the staff in this review. They were incredibly busy, yet they managed to accommodate my grandchild and several unique requests with patience and professionalism. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure to acknowledge every customer, all at once. Overall, it was a wonderful visit!
I always have excellent experiences with the customer service here. Recently, I ordered a custom cake, and it was simply perfect! I absolutely love visiting this place! The cakes are outstanding, and there's a great variety available. They even have a delightful pumpkin bread batter pie for the fall season! The staff is efficient and attentive as well.
