as someone who knew a former employee, I've been struggling a couple I'd like to share. the manager, scott, has the habit of not paying out the last checks of the hired when they give up. he also has a bad habit to force minors to work 10 to 12 hours shift without pause, no session, and no access to basic pleasants, (food, toilet, etc. scott is currently accused before court because of his misconduct and abuse of a disabled worker. he regularly forces children to commit the violations of OSHA health codes and prohibits them from wearing gloves. do not buy ice cream here. it's too expensive and scott doesn't deserve the money.
first I didn't know if they were the manager or a new crew member standing around under 5 crew members. there was a decent line. the worker took my order then went away to laugh and had to come back and ask for my order, then she went back to make my order with another worker who stood around laughing to ask for a jump on my shake. the workers were not effective to reflect teamwork during a busy moment and showed no professionalism.
I loved this place until I found out from Mall staff that the manager scott let his two dogs run out of the leash and in the kitchen are unsuperated. I also found out from another hired person that scott made fun of a pregnant woman (in her third quarter), while she fought to stand from her chair.
I was very disappointed that my bowls weren't filled to the top, especially considering they were priced at almost $8 each. However, I must commend the Door Dash driver for doing a great job in ensuring that they didn't melt during delivery. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The restaurant forgot to include all of our items in the delivery, and when I called to express my concern that the missing items might be melted upon arrival, they assured me that they wouldn't be and all the shakes arrived cold.
Cookie Mintster never disappoints. It is consistently delicious every time. I enjoy ordering it through DoorDash because it arrives slightly melted, making it perfect.
this place should not be open anymore, they tear off their own hired and if the owner ever gets mad at his associates, he doesn't even pay them at least
