Let me start by saying I love cold stone and generally go here for birthday cakes for family and friends. I've been going to this location on Allen Park since it's been open. Every time I go to this location I leave mad. This past Saturday I walk in go to the cooler grab a cake. I go to the register in the only one standing there. I see a couple people in line getting scoops of ice cream. I notice one worker helping the line and 3 to 4 others basically just chilling and talking. No one ever acknowledges me . We are frequent customers and today we received very unprofessional service from an incredibly rude employee named Naveah. As soon as I began placing my order, she started giving me attitude and rolling her eyes. I asked for someone else to assist me because I didn't want to be helped by someone with such a bad attitude. Naveah proceeded to yell at me and threaten to walk away as if she wanted to fight me. She then claimed she didn't have an attitude and left to the back room where we could hear her cursing and screaming. I was a last-minute customer, arriving just 10 minutes before the restaurant closed. I had just finished work and wanted to treat my niece to some ice cream to celebrate her accomplishments. Immanuel, the employee who helped us, was incredibly patient and considerate with my niece, who had never been to the restaurant before. Despite the late hour, Immanuel made sure to get everything we needed and even remembered things that I may have forgotten. The restaurant was very clean, and Immanuel kept the area tidy as well. Horrible service! She Served the incorrect flavor for founders favorite, served a child scoop to the rim of the cone? It was not a scoop. When i informed her about the incorrect flavor she shook her head and ignored and glanced on the floor. She continued to bang the counter with her scooper out of frustration. What was really funny is that she said the total amount and suggested a tip despite lack of communication. It would be a service to properly train her, although I doubt she’ll be their much longer she should be fired.

I did a pick up order and in the email confirmation it says “Go Straight to Order Pickup At the Counter Tell a Crew Member You Ordered Online.” I waited at the front and nobody acknowledged me. They then cashed somebody out and tried walking away without acknowledging me. I had to tell them that I had an order for pick up that was already paid for. When I opened the bag they put two of my waffle cones at the bottom of the bag… They were obviously broken. Worst cold stone I’ve ever been to.
Don't order anything from the girl named Taylor with glasses. She cuts all the portions in half. Forgets half of the stuff even after you tell her two or three times. She is so slow it took 20 minutes to make 3 ice cream. Then forget to make it right after being told 3 times how to. Then got mad because I said forget it.I just will pay for the 2 we had and forget the 3 one .

We're visitng from up north and don't have Cold Stones up there so when we're near we always stop- this was one of the only good experiences we had on our stay- the service was great despite the long line and the ice cream was perfect. Thanks for being the best service we got down here, seems to be rare.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious. The staff is very friendly, but service can be slow during peak hours. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
Had my food delivered and there were multiple long pieces of hair in my ice cream…I had to throw it away that’s disgusting.
