I dont know why I keep coming here, convenience of location I guess. Online ordering sucks. The past 4 times they didn't start making them until I came to pick them up. Today, and a previous time I have items missing ? I thought placing orders ahead of time would help with time management and accuracy. I understand hiccups occasionally but every visit?UPDATE. Placed an order for cupcakes (already made) 4 hours ahead of time for a friend's birthday. Was givin ice cream sandwiches.
came in about half an hour before closing and there were four groups of large families there. the one before us has made the place a look, but the employees ensured that everyone was helped in time, regardless of how rude other customers were. they treated the last minute hastily, so we could get out with our ice. we order our ice in future due to the popularity of this place, but otherwise no complaining.
The wait was horrible like 30 min and it was 5 employees there I think the manager was named Lillian and instead of helping a customer to getting everybody out it was one employee basically working and then the Mrg helped a little. Ice cream is one of those things you shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for especially when it's five employees working and the other 3 are basically doing nothing.
Requested Banana ice cream with snickers and caramel sauce. Young lady did not chop up the snickers. She just put It in my cup. Since I have braces I couldn’t even chew it. She appeared upset. Not sure why but all other employees were extremely kind and bubbly as they assisted their guest. Not this young lady. Probably won’t be going back. As a senior citizen, I was disappointed to find snow on the ground in the parking lot. The advertised parking location was locked or inaccessible. I paid for my meal and when I left, they claimed they did not lock the parking area. This is false advertising!
The employees at this restaurant are very rude. My friend and I were kind to them, but they were not friendly in return. However, the ice was good. We left a tip because we are generous people, but the customer service needs to improve.

The wait was a little long, but the service was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly.
