We visited Cold Stone Creamery to redeem a gift card, only to find out it wasn't valid at this location. The staff member informed us that she handled the marketing for the store, which felt irrelevant to us, and dismissed us without assistance. A clever business owner would have honored the coupon, and we would have become regular customers. The small amount of savings she didn't provide us, just 50 cents off ice cream, will likely result in far greater lost revenue for the establishment.
The staff at this place is super friendly, making it a pleasure to stop by for ice cream. However, I've noticed that they still aren't wearing hairnets. Fortunately, I haven't encountered any hair in my treat lately. But just to be clear, this is my third time finding hair in my ice cream. I strongly urge the management to have employees wear hats or hairnets for everyone's peace of mind. Thank you!
Cold Stone is my all-time favorite ice cream shop! I absolutely love their banana flavor—it's delicious! You have to try the Founder's Favorite with banana ice cream; it's so tasty! This location is fantastic as well, featuring ample outdoor seating in a vibrant area. I do miss the fountain, but that's not Cold Stone's fault.

Delicious ice cream with great options for mixing flavors and adding toppings. However, the young staff members I encountered were not very friendly during my visit.
The service was excellent. The staff was noticeably more efficient and attentive compared to what we experience at restaurants in our hometown of Valencia, CA.
