excellent cuisine at both flavours and presentation. the menu discovered at 43 € is a pure happiness with a ratio of quality price out of standard combining quality and quantity. chic mountain setting. service is modern and casual. in some comments I could read, the service is deemed too casual. We were lucky to find a table free to celebrate our month in the Alps, just before our journey home. We have been here several times in past years and the food and ambiance have never disappointed us. We tend to forget, though, how exceptional...this restaurant is. Sitting on the terrace with the mountain views is breathtaking. The service, Benoit alone, is superb and the food is delicious. There was a 'surprise ' menu for 25€ but we had the 42€, 3 courses, but I should have stopped at 2! All the dishes brought out by Benoit looked amazing.
Lunch with a couple. friendly and casual welcome. we are offered to choose the table of two of our choice. map with choice that serves as a basis for menus. good wine map. dishes of good quality, well executed, technical mastery. cooking is perfect. very good foie gras soup. Several original intermets are served. a treat with desserts. the service is very effective, original: the server does not hesitate to shut down too noisy children, or to bite people who can't make their choice. Amazing!
We have been here many times for lunch and dinner and every time it was more than excellent! The food is delicious, beautifully served, service is very friendly and the ambiance cosy. For us the best restaurant in Grand Bornand- La Clusaz!

Thursday17 August, we had a great time. We enjoyed the relaxed waiter and his knowledge of the wines .the cuisine is very refined and of high quality. We recommend this hotel.We will return it without hesitation.
We trusted chefs and sommelier with a blind menu and it was great! Thank you to the waiter who doesn't take himself seriously and communicated his good mood to his colleague! We ate well, well drunk and laughed!
good ok the dishes are good but we are not in innovative ultra. But the boss thinks he's a little too much at the top of the lot. a little too familiar. We don't know each other... ultra fast service.

Inventive kitchen very well presented and good, alas the waiter by its disinvolture and its lack of class has a bit spoiled the meal.
