Why you have taken away the picnic tables! Had to take my children back to the car to feed them their picnic lunch Shop layout awful you have to walk all around through the shop to get out and all the stock on low leaves so hard to push the pushchair while trying keep my 3 touching everything Coolings now all about selling and child friendly not like it’s was few years back when it was more for the children.store photos are all how it looked before when the got it right . Plus the lady in the Booth to pay for the woods area was talking with her mouth full of food which I saw her taking a hand full when she saw me walking over talking to me while eating I couldn’t hear her no excuse or sorry...
We had a fantastic time at the Willows Bird of Prey and Wildlife Trail, located behind Coolings Lifestyle. The kids absolutely loved it, and it was definitely worth the £20 admission fee. It felt like a delightful country walk through the woods, but with the added enjoyment of seeing animals along the way. The bird of prey shows were among the best I’ve experienced. Thank you!
Santa’s Grotto was well thought out with enthusiastic elves and innovative ideas to make it different. The disappointment was that having arrived 10 mins before the booked time, as requested, we entered 35mins late, due to the bizarre practice of letting later bookings jump ahead! If you have a booked family ticket for 1100, why on earth do you let 1115 1130 bookings in first?
We usually visit the other branch, but our trip to the Lifestyle store was fantastic—we loved it and actually preferred it! The only thing we wished for was a dog-friendly area in the restaurant. The products were fabulous, and the staff were lovely. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The Christmas display is absolutely stunning, and the variety of items available is fantastic! The layout of the store makes shopping a pleasure. Plus, having a free parking lot enhances the overall experience. Definitely give Lifestyle a try!
Great place for children to visit, but eat at home first. The Cafe is expensive with a jacket potato at £9.95. The cafe is also very limited with food on offer. No packed lunches allowed in and around food area.
Nice garden centre and good for a browse, however cafe is a bit pricey for what it used to be. But over all with the birds of prey not a bad day out.

Not a good place to eat ordered tuna melt, ok but to much salad, also to many screaming kids won't be visiting again.
