We regularly visit Cooper's Hawk, and this was by far the best experience we've had there. Everything, from the food to the excellent service, exceeded our expectations. Despite the restaurant being busy as usual, it turned out to be a fantastic night out. We had made reservations, so we were seated right away and looked after by our waitress, Heather. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal!
Reservation made for 715. Arrived at 7 and let them know we were there. At 745, finally approached host stand again and asked how much longer, they scrambled and then they seated us. Waitress was not very attentive and the ambience was Like a cafeteria. For the prices and the quality of food, drinks, menu etc, I assumed it would be more formal. Won’t be returning.
We come here often but this was truly the best meal we’ve had yet! I ordered the Surf and Turf from the Chef’s Recommendation menu and wow!!!!! Totally amazing the filet was cooked perfectly and the lobster tail came fried, which was totally unexpected, but delicious. My husband had the gnocchi pasta which he also enjoyed. Hands down the best meal we’ve had
This restaurant used to be fantastic, but it has been declining rapidly lately. The prices keep rising while the quality of the food is decreasing, and the service has suffered as well. We waited about 30 minutes past our reservation to be seated, and weren’t even seated in the area we reserved for. Once seated, the service was good given how busy our server was between serving tables and having to help polish glasses. The food was good
Our waitress was Colby (unsure about the spelling). She was delightful and pleasant. The restaurant was busy but we didthave to wait too long for our food. It was flavorful and delicious as always.
