We sincerely hope this was just a one-time experience, but our visit to the restaurant on August 6 around 6 PM was the worst we've had at this chain. Our order of three items took an unacceptably long time. After waiting 20 minutes, we checked on our order, only to find it seemed they had forgotten to complete it—especially the salads, judging by the staff's expressions. They appeared to be focused on takeout orders. Although our chick’n fingers and fries were ready, they had been sitting there while the rest of our order was being prepared. Placed an order online. We arrived when it said it would be ready. The order updated as ready for pickup so we went inside to pick it up. It wasn't ready. When I inquired they told me 5 to 10 mins more. We thought maybe it was the one they were currently working on but they gave that to someone else. It's okay to be busy and be a bit late however, they shouldn't have marked the order as ready for pickup on the app if it wasn't even started. When I mentioned that to them politely they rejected the idea that they could have delayed the order on the platform in any way. The response was very flat and made us feel like they just wanted us to take our food and go instead of have a polite conversa...
Fantastic restaurant! The staff is always friendly, and it stands out as the healthiest vegan option in Ottawa. Unlike other places that cook with excessive oil and heavy sauces (which, yes, are vegan, but definitely not healthy), here you can choose to have your sauce on the side and use as much as you like. They avoid unnecessary oil, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. The Barrhaven location is lovely and welcoming! We visit regularly and are thrilled to have it in our neighborhood. Plus, my non-vegan friends enjoy everything too! You don’t have to be vegan to appreciate their amazing menu.
Copper branch is a plant based restaurant, I chose their Asian fusion power bowl, it has: Edamame, bruschetta, mung beans, kimchi, black sesame, chickpeas, broccoli, beets, carrot, lettuce, tofu with Tao sauce. It's so refreshing to eat healthy, I try to take a break from all meat and be vegetarian at least once a week. The bowl was so good (minus the tofu because I don't like it hahaha). As a vegan, I was excited to try the new Oreo frappe, but I was really disappointed. Don’t waste your $8 on this drink. It tasted more like a mix of banana and protein powder. I could smell the Oreo, but unfortunately, the strong banana flavor completely masked any hint of Oreo. I ordered an Oreo frappe expecting to taste Oreo, not banana. It was very misleading, and I won’t be returning.
My friends and I came today to celebrate my birthday. Although they are not vegan, they loved the food . The beautiful girl who served us was extremely nice . I highly recommend the shittaki sandwich , fries with garlic sauce and the veg bowl .the brownie is soo good as well. Enjoy food without guilt
Very tasteful vegan restaurant, was pleased by the food and service. Should there be more copper branch available close to where I live... Only bemol is the inside temperature wasn't quite heated enough it was -20 outside and I had to keep a warm jacket inside.Vegetarian options: All vegan food ?

This place is the best vegan restaurant I've found in Ottawa. Prices are good. Nice restaurant. Great menu selection. I love that full yet not bloated feeling after healthy tasty meal.
