yesterday I ordered a Belgian frostino when I saw the picture from the menu and it looked nice. it didn't look a bit like the picture and when I tasted it, I was almost sick! sour looking, not taste at all, I couldn't taste the Belgian chocolate a bit, and there was no passion or care that was put into my order. I looked at the tables where everything is filled with full drinks. I guess the place doesn't have people ending their drinks. the two young who work could be trained. here is the photo of what I am looking for near £4. I took a swallow and left the place.
We have had terrible coffee at this restaurant before, so we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the coffee was still awful. My flat white was like a cup of watery, frothy milk with no coffee flavor at all. It is clear that the staff needs better training. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. If you are looking for a good cup of coffee, do not come here.
long unmoved waiting snakes, uninterested employees, grubby crumby tables. I had a good look around the waiting queue and was honestly not impressed by the hygiene or how fast the personal went through the customers, some employees around the counter should be milled around without purpose. some tables brush or see the floor. expected more less.
Five of us went to this restaurant after lunch to discuss a meeting we had just attended. We were able to easily secure a table, although the waiter appeared preoccupied, possibly preparing for the busy lunch rush. The coffee served was from Costa. And that's all there is to say about that.

The coffee and snacks were just as delicious as always. However, due to the new protocols and social distancing measures in place, the ambiance is lacking. I may hold off on visiting again or opt for takeout until things return to normal.
would not recommend this place to run around as humans and serve without masks when the personal was challenged to repay my money that they refused until a superior got and it was pointed out on their poster, it recommends that a mask.
Normally very clean however dirty tables unattended for at least twenty minutes.Significant price hike on medium americano and Classic sparkling waster from£3.85 to £4.15. Not that long since previous uplift. Have to consider options!
coffee was lukewarm and didn't even taste like coffee. roasted sandwich was soggy chaos of cheese and white brot. the personal has uninterested during preparation of the sandwiches and not hygienic. go somewhere else!

Took a trip up to Newry today and visited the Buttercrane Centre. We went to Costa for coffee and a snack. It’s one of the best coffee stores.
Very disappointed that Costa in Newry would/could not honour Wunto offer from 3 mobile.Interestingly the app says I have used the offer.
