Was really looking forward to a nice festive latte. Ordered with oat milk, as I am dairy intolerant, and didn't particularly fancy having a bad stomach today. I can confirm that it definitely wasn't oat milk as I am now quite ill. This is actually in fact the third time over the last year that I have been to this store. Three times I have had issues now. Sort it out Costa, we're in a cost of living crisis and toilet paper isn't cheap.
This Costa Coffee shop is located in the center of a shopping mall, offering various seating options with tables of different sizes. It is wheelchair accessible and has a polite atmosphere. The menu is typical with plenty of food choices, and the staff are friendly and efficient. However, it lost a star for being quite cold, despite complaints.
Me and my wife were in having a drink when a very over eager staff member came over to take our tray I said we wasn't finished but the rude staff member took the tray anyway clearly someone who doesn't respect people's wishes

The lady from the counter didn’t want to be there. She rushed me in and I forgot to take my free cookie even if I told her I want the reward from the app. Zero interes in helping.
Middle Aged women with glasses (works on a Friday so extremely rude , has no idea what good customer service is. Every time we visit she has no patience with the customers.
This is a fantastic spot to gather for business meetings or catch up with friends. I highly suggest trying the caramel latte or a delicious hot chocolate.

My first visit in decades and I was blown away. I had a hot chocolate that sent me to heaven and back, it was amazing.
