I visited Malvern Retail Park today, which had a great variety of shops. I had a successful shopping trip and treated myself to a bacon and sausage roll, as well as a fabulous medium latte with an extra shot. The drinks looked perfect in the large glass cups. I spent 45 minutes with the WiFi before continuing my shopping and then heading to Worcestershire Beacon. The service was great, with cheerful and efficient staff. I would definitely return and avoid McDonald's!
I stopped by this morning to get my usual morning coffee. There was only one girl working, both taking orders and making drinks, and the line was consistently 8-10 people long. She did a great job and remained composed under pressure, but I was disappointed to see Costa leaving a young employee to handle it all alone. Especially on a Saturday, the busiest day of the week. It seems like poor management on their part.
I recently visited Costa Coffee on Saturday, April 16th for a cappuccino and cake. I paid £4.90 and received good service. There were many seats available both indoors and outdoors. The menu prices were fair and there were plenty of parking spaces available. It's a great place to stop by while taking a walk through the other shops in the retail park.
