There was so many staff serving they had forgotten to clear and wipe tables. As soon as I had to their job for them the manager got someone clearing tables. The sandwiches are still the same and all containing white bread. Make them healthier by using wholemeal. Only one or two vegan options in hot food and in the cake selection just isn’t enough. The vegan customer misses out on creamy topping for frappes as there is no alternative. The competition do it. I questioned this and got told you have no intention of doing it.
Although I typically steer clear of coffee shops, I ended up at this particular one out of necessity on January 31st. The staff, food, and drinks were acceptable, but the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The floors and windows were extremely dirty, not just for that day, but it seemed like it had been neglected for several days. If the establishment claims that it is regularly cleaned, I would suggest that the supervisor undergo some additional training.
Satnam was the most friendly and kind staff member I have encountered in a Costa coffee shop in years. She went above and beyond to help me and my baby in the baby change area, even when the door was broken. She also got a glass of water for an elderly lady. She is a true gem and deserves to be recognized as employee of the month. Her level of service sets a wonderful example and I will definitely be returning to this Costa location.
The coffee is good but when it is served by a grump it kind of spoils it. Not only was she grumpy but also over charged me, no receipt either, so keep a check on what you are charged. Two staff on, one really friendly welcoming, the other seems to hate customers. Someone in charge must see when they have staff that should not be serving customers? And then the tables outside were cleared away 2 hours before closing, very off-putting.

Went to get 2 Frappes for myself and a work colleague. I ordered the new Tropical Mango Bubble Frappe but when i took it back to work there were no bubble pearls. The girl serving said when i was waiting that she was 'just blending the mango one ' so i can only assume they put the bubble pearls into the blender too! It was still a nice drink but a shame as was looking forward to the 'bubbles ' lol...
They seem to focus more on service than all the other essentials needed. Dirty stuff left on tables. A wet floor sign that serves no purpose when the floor is dry. All of the food is white bread, dairy and other animal products. Get more plant based stuff in your cafes
Well! What a shocking experience this afternoon! Was served by “Sarah” she was so rude! No customer service! Very sarcastic when asking about how to redeem a voucher! Manager definitely needs to think twice about her!
I absolutely adore this restaurant. I requested a specific drink to be made and the woman nailed it! The place is clean, organized, and the staff is professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back! :)

Typical Costa really nothing special. Loads of staff on duty with no clue what to do. Drinks where as good as any other coffee shop
Very pleasant experience. All staff were smiley and friendly. Well done to the girls that were working 9am this morning.
