Thank you all for being so amazing! I wanted to wait until I had a few visits before sharing my thoughts, and I absolutely LOVE you guys! Today was the busiest I’ve seen it during my visits, but it was still fantastic. About a month ago, the young lady at the counter kindly offered me samples of the sauces since I had only been there once before and wasn’t quite sure what to try. Once again, thank you for creating such a wonderful dining experience!
The Raspberry Chipotle Chicken burrito is absolutely incredible! This has quickly become my new favorite Baja Mexican restaurant. The chicken was juicy and crispy, as if it had just come off the grill, and it was generously covered in sauce, topped with melted cheese and guacamole. Additionally, the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant are really trendy and inviting.
Not only is Costa Vida my favorite place for nachos (I dream about them sometimes! , but they are also some of the friendliest people you've ever met. Their staff is warm and welcoming. And their owners are HUGE supporters of the Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce and their new Explore program welcoming folks to Rancho Cordova! We so appreciate them!
The food there is great. But, I would like to thank the entire staff of this place. I had been given a free entrée ticket so I tried it out. The entire staff treated me the same as if I was purchasing with gold. It was fun just to be there. I have been in a real funk lately, and the staff really did a lot for me, thank you very much. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this restaurant. Everything is fresh, including their tortillas. I usually order the pulled pork burrito with cheese sauce, and it's fantastic. You really need to try this place—it's so much better than Chipotle!
From Fresno , My first time trying today .... you guys are AMAZING , I tried chipotle fir the first time the other day , excuse my language but you guys are shitting on chipotle in my opinion .
My family loved it, I had the Baja shrimp salad, was great and fresh, I will definately come back
